There are SO many health benefits to soaking in epsom salts or sea salts - especially when you add essential oils! A bath needn't be super hot - a warm, or even slightly cool bath is a wonderful way to end your day!

I take an epsom salts bath every single night with about 1 cup of epsom salts and several drops of either lavender or eucalyptus essential oil. Sometimes I have a little extra time and I can pull together something a little nicer.
