Do or Don't // White Walls Back in the Spotlight


You might remember my post from a few months ago, (Don't Take Decorating Too Seriously) lamenting how every single "designer" home that I saw on every single design blog looked exactly the same. (I actually said, "I swear, if I see one more professionally decorated room online that has white walls, a white and black moroccan rug, (you know the one...) and a fiddle leaf fig in the corner, I'm going to throw up!"

I've been a fan of Andie Mitchell for a looong time. If you haven't read "It Was Me All Along" you SHOULD definitely check it out! It's her journey struggling with obesity, weight loss, and finding balance. 

When I had a chance to receive a review copy of her latest book, "Eating in the Middle" I jumped at the chance! Andie's philosophy on healthy eating is so perfect, and this book is full of recipes that aren't diet recipes, but instead, like the cover says, "Mostly Wholesome". These are the recipes that helped her reach her weight loss goals and helped her to maintain that weight loss!
